The Conexus team has a long and successful track record of partnership with some of the largest international and Australian organisations.
In March 2008, Ausenco acquired three companies - PSI, Sandwell and Vector. Their challenge was to amalgamate the people from these businesses and ensure leaders continued to work strategically to grow and expand the capacity of the business.
Ausenco implemented a range of people and culture strategies to address their challenge. As part of a broader leadership development framework, Conexus worked with Ausenco to develop and implement the EmEx (Emerging Executive) program to develop the global leadership competencies of their emerging executives.
The EmEx program was based around a series of workshops with modules consistent with the Ausenco competency model. These workshops were delivered over a 12 month period using action learning methodology incorporating group interaction, case studies, internal guest speakers and business simulations. Group Executives supported the program as guest speakers and business mentors and workshops were held in Australia, Peru and California.
