OUR SOLUTIONS:
SAFETY LEADERSHIP

The Conexus Zero Harm process creates real behavioural and cultural change across all levels of an organisation. Our approach ensures that leaders and team members have the skills, behaviours and attitudes that will generate and sustain an effective safety culture in your workplace.

We provide an integrated process that is pragmatic and gets real results. Your leaders will clearly understand their role in leading and driving a safety culture. Your employees will recognise and accept responsibility for their choices and actions.

Some of the other outcomes you can expect working with us are:

· A reduction in incidents and injuries

· Increases in near miss reporting and hazard
  identification

· Mates protecting mates

· Preparedness to have 'Courageous
  Conversations' about safety

· Increased use of safety systems and processes

· A culture of safety that extends across your
workplace and into your home and community

We go beyond systems and compliance to engage the hearts and minds of your whole workforce. Our tested and proven methodology ensures that everyone is empowered and skilled to make the best choice for themselves and others with regard to safety.

Conexus has been delivering a Zero Harm strategy to the CRT Group for the past two years.

Results: Current LTFR is 0 and Rolling LTIFR is also 0. CRT has currently operated for over 530 continuous days without any Lost Time Injury. CRT has earned numerous awards as a result of their excellent safety performance, including two National Safety Council of Australia Awards in October 2009.

Zero Harm is no longer just a possibility for CRT, it is now a reality.
