Andrew has played a pivotal role in a range of large infrastructure projects; providing organisations with process, structure and skills in relation to developing project teams, leadership capability, and using culture as a competitive advantage. Andrew has been awarded lifetime accreditation from Human Synergistics in recognition of his expertise in using their tools - Organisational Culture Inventory (OCI), Life Style Inventory (LSI), Leadership Impact (L/I) and Management Impact (M/I). He is also accredited in a range of other tools including, Team Management Index, Situational Leadership and DiSC behavioural profiles.
With his extensive travel commitments, Andrew still finds time for his passions of family, hiking, and motorbike riding.
