What is the best thing about the consulting work you do?

Making a difference by supporting people to become more effective in their roles as leaders through personal growth and self awareness. Designing cultural change strategies with leadership teams to improve organisational performance. Working with people from diverse backgrounds and roles within a business.

What do businesses need to focus on to be successful in today's competitive environment?

Two things - employee engagement and customer relationships. When people are engaged they enjoy work and care about performance and quality. If your relationships with customers are in good shape you know what they need now and what they want next.
