Bruce has a passion for customer service and was a Board Member of the Australian Customer Service Association. When time permits, he travels internationally to learn from world best practice organisations in organisational development, customer service and team development. His success as an organisational development and learning consultant is demonstrated by his long standing relationship with several key Australian companies.
He is a recognised leader in the areas of:

Prior to joining Conexus, Bruce had his own consulting business based in Cairns, after moving from Achievement Concepts in Sydney in 1993. His business and strategic planning skills were developed over 12 years of practical experience being a Director of a group of retail stores.
Bruce is accredited in the Situational Leadership II and DiSC behavioural profiles. In addition, his flexibility and extensive knowledge of a range of leadership, team and change management tools allows him to design programs and facilitate processes to achieve the best outcome for the customer.
With a strong adventure based background including rockclimbing, whitewater paddling and snow based sports, Bruce now spends a lot of his free time surfing and kite-surfing on the Sunshine Coast.
