What is the best thing about the consulting work you do?

Watching people leave workshops empowered with clear actions for working together and developing themselves. I also love meeting people from all walks of life and hearing their personal stories!

What do businesses need to focus on to be successful in today's competitive environment?

Their greatest and most powerful resource - their people, together with constantly being aware of and attending to the reality of their organistion's culture. Nurturing the first will enhance the second.

What is your favourite holiday destination?

Given my love of vineyards, sun and water - Chianti in Tuscany, and any tropical island.

What is your favourite book?

'The Zahir' by Paulo Coelho - an eye-opening look at personal relationships!

If you didn't do this kind of work, what would you be doing?

I'd probably be living in a mountain/beach side villa doing abstract acrylic painting, sipping gin & tonics, and learning how to cook... otherwise I'd do more of this kind of work!
