As an Organisational Safety Psychologist, Chris has facilitated cognitive behavioural based safety programs across the mining and resources industry, empowering people to take personal responsibility for safety. Her strong communication and facilitation skills have also enabled her to successfully consult and coach on a range of organisational development issues including:

Chris is a dynamic and vivacious facilitator, coach and presenter, and she prides herself on approaching others in a down to earth and professional manner. She has successfully worked internationally and across Australia with people from all levels across organisations in corporate and government sectors, and the mining and resources industry.

Chris also conducts Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner certification trainings and customised NLP workshops. She is accredited in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Team Management Profile (TMP), Lifestyles Inventory (LSI) and is accredited as a Trainer of NLP.

In her spare time Chris loves to get out and about in the great outdoors. She loves to hike, run and explore new places.

Working alongside people eager for growth and learning how they can be the best versions of themselves, regardless of the external context and circumstances.

A genuine interest in the development of their human capability.

What is your favourite holiday destination?

Scotland - nature, beauty, fun people, great humour; great pubs.

What is your favourite book?

At the moment - The 'Conversations with God' three book series by Neale Donald Walsch. Life changing and transformational. Provides so many wonderful tools for looking inside at the core of who you are as a human being.

Working with underprivileged youth and families to support them to become all they are capable of being.
