Joanne is a qualified and skilled learning and development facilitator, with an unwavering commitment to producing results. She is passionate about people fulfilling their potential in all areas of their life.

Joanne's experience in Frontline Management training provides a solid background in effective facilitation, and also provides her with a strong leadership development toolkit to support her coaching. Her broad range of leadership and business experience, combined with her direct and constructive communication style make her a very effective coach across all levels of an organisation.

Joanne is originally from Western Australia where she gained extensive experience in leadership and team development, working across a diverse range of industries. Some of her customers include:

Prior to joining Conexus Joanne worked for Landmark Education in Sydney, managing a team of leaders and overseeing the successful delivery of events with up to 300 participants. For 7 years, she also facilitated, coached and managed Landmark's premier leadership program in Perth and Sydney.

Jo's other passions are her family, friends and a great book.

What is the best thing about the consulting work you do?

Making a difference - seeing the light switch on in someone's eyes when they realise there is something and someone who can help with what they are dealing with and there is a way forward.

What do businesses need to focus on to be successful in today's competitive environment?

Short answer - their people (which includes themselves). Ensuring that individuals and teams are in an environment that fosters them being the best they can be, and supporting a business that drives and supports a learning environment.
