Justine's blend of corporate and academic experience allows her to effectively translate well researched methods into a 'real life' context to achieve best practice outcomes and deliver pragmatic solutions for organisations.

She has a passion for learning and development which, combined with her background in psychology, enables her to work with people from a variety of industries, age groups and backgrounds to help them achieve their learning potential.

Justine is an excellent coach, particularly for frontline leaders developing their leadership and management skills. She provides strong encouragement, support and direction for individuals so that they have the ability and motivation to apply their learning in their workplace.

In addition to her passion for learning and development, Justine also has a strong interest in safety and has been involved in developing and implementing a range of innovative safety initiatives. She has supported and mentored production teams to take ownership of safety issues and embed sustainable behavioural change to achieve positive safety outcomes.

Justine has a Masters in Organisational Development and Training; a BA (Psych); Certificate IV Training and Assessment and Certificate of Effective Communication.

What is the best thing about the consulting work you do?

I really enjoy working with different people in a variety of environments to achieve positive outcomes on both personal and professional levels. Every day is different!

What do businesses need to focus on to be successful in today's competitive environment?

Giving people the skills and knowledge to help them and their organisations become what they are capable of being.

What is your favourite holiday destination?

Victoria - it has everything: food, wine, shopping, theatre and skiing!

What is your favourite book?

For Love of a Rose - an amazing story about how the Peace Rose was created and everything that it symbolised.

If you didn't do this kind of work, what would you be doing?

I would have pursued a career as a Psychologist.
