Louyse manages many of our most complex projects, and is renowned for her exceptional organisational skills and her commitment to extraordinary customer service. Her leadership ensures that the myriad components of our projects are managed effectively and efficiently to produce great results for our customers.
In addition to her project management expertise, Louyse also brings extensive coaching experience to Conexus. Originally trained and developed as a coach with Landmark Education, Louyse has continued to develop her coaching skills and experience with Conexus. She has a strong commitment to supporting others to be the best they can be, and combines this with a direct and pragmatic approach to ensure that individuals are supported and challenged to change.
Louyse is a founding member of the Conexus team, and relishes being part of a dynamic and innovative organisation. She brings a fantastic sense of fun and flair to her work environment, and is always looking for opportunities to improve our processes and customer service.
When she is not delivering great results for our customers, Louyse is passionate about her family and friends (particularly her nephews Alex and Benj, and of course her new husband) and reading a great book.
Louyse is an accredited Human Synergistics LSI practitioner.
