With a Bachelor of Business in IT and an MBA, Michael commenced his career with Shell Oil before moving to Central Queensland as a HR executive and internal management consultant within the mining industry. He has a strong ability to clearly identify and develop leadership, organisational design, and systems development strategies to enhance business performance.
Michael has extensive experience in working with leadership teams in driving organisational change programs and his expertise and facilitation skills extend to:
· Organisational culture assessment, analysis, and action planning
· Business planning and strategy development
· Organisation design
· Systems renovation
· Team development
· Building leadership capability
Michael is accredited in the Organisational Culture Inventory (OCI) and the Life Styles Inventory (LSI) and is focussed on bringing together the leadership, organisational design, and systems drivers to effect and deliver sustainable business results for the customer.
With a passion for all sports, general fitness and family, Michael can often be seen cycling around the streets of Brisbane, facilitating a boot-camp training session with his mates, sweating it out in the gym, or helping out with his two sons tennis, AFL, and soccer commitments.
