Rachael gained perfect experience for her role with Conexus when she worked as a Learning and Development Administrator for Topshop in the UK.

She is responsible for organising the many and varied logistical requirements of our programs, and ensuring that our team gets to where they need to go with everything they need. Her strong attention to detail, capacity to manage diverse project requirements and ability to quietly but very firmly get the information she needs, ensures that our program requirements and customers' outcomes are always achieved.

With her degree in Communication and Public Relations, and experience as editor and Arts Administrator, Rachael is also able to support our marketing activities. Her skills make sure that our customer communications and participant materials are always of the highest quality.

Rachael is positive and solution-focused, enabling her to meet the many challenges she faces in her day with a smile.

In her spare time, when Rachael is not playing a game of soccer or enjoying a good book, you might find her planning her wedding to Ben.
