Scott Bradley
Senior Project Leader

Scott's strength is his ability to create a motivating environment for personal and professional development in either coaching or workshop settings. An entertaining and engaging facilitator, Scott ensures that he makes the learning process enjoyable and memorable for all participants.

Over the past 12 years, Scott has worked with leaders and teams in a diverse range of industries including mining, transport, construction, health, banking and government.

Scott leads most of our frontline leadership programs, and has significant experience designing, facilitating, coaching and leading project teams involved with the delivery of Nationally Recognised Training Programs such as the Certificate IV and Diploma of Frontline Management. His design process ensures that an organisation's values, systems and culture are embedded into the tools and content of the program.

In addition to his tertiary business and education qualifications, Scott is accredited in the Organisational Culture Inventory (OCI); Lifestyles Inventory (LSI); Situational Leadership; DiSC; TMS Team and Leader Profiles; and Think One Team programs.

Scott has an enviable collection of frequent flyer points. Although he travels extensively, he still finds time to volunteer as the Chairperson for Radio Lollipop in Queensland, leading a committee and over 70 volunteers providing play and entertainment services to children at the Mater Children's and Logan Hospitals.
