Mark has been working in Organisational Performance and Learning and Development for over 30 years, with the philosophy that people have the power to apply experience to their current situation.
Mark started his career in professional skills building, before moving into Team Skills, Supervisory, Management and Safety Leadership. Mark has worked internationally with corporate and government sectors at all levels, improving results through effective learning systems.

In his spare time, Mark enjoys volunteering, watching old movies, rowing and spending time with his young grandson, Skyler.
