Mark has been working in Organisational Performance and Learning and  Development for over 30 years, with the philosophy that people have the power to apply experience to their current situation.

Mark started his career in professional skills building, before moving into Team Skills, Supervisory, Management and Safety Leadership.  Mark has worked internationally with corporate and government sectors at all levels, improving results through effective learning systems.

Mark Vollmer
As a Senior Consultant, Mark is responsible for leading client projects to ensure they are delivered to schedule and on budget. He takes the lead responsibilities of assessing needs, designing, developing and facilitating many of our programs.

As part of our commitment to our community, we choose to sponsor ACT for Kids, providing financial donations as well entering into a partnership where we will provide pro-bono services and volunteer time for fundraising activities.  Lesley-Anne is also a member of the ACT for Kids board.
