Nikki has a very pragmatic approach to learning and development, ensuring that participants are able to apply their learning in a practical way to their workplace. Her facilitation style is respectful of the adult learner's past experience and qualifications, and her hands-on, highly interactive approach is designed to connect leadership theory with practice.

Her flexibility and extensive knowledge of a range of leadership, team and change management tools allows her to design programs and facilitate processes to achieve the best outcome for the customer.
