Vanessa Dodd

Consultant

Vanessa has extensive experience working across all levels of organisations from Senior Managment right to the coal face.  Her expertise has seen her work extensively within the mining and resource industry.  Through authentic leadership, effective communication and facilitation skills, Vanessa has been able to successfully coach and consult to organisations on a range of issues including:

Vanessa's passions include keeping fit and healthy and she is always looking for the next challenge.  In particular she enjoys endurance sports including ironman triathlon, marathons, ultra-marathons and adventure racing.

Vanessa is a Registered Psychologist who has a passion for empowering individuals and transforming teams and organisations to reach peak performance. She takes pride in delivering Cognitive Behavioural based leadership and safety programs at an extremely high standard.

As part of our commitment to our community, we choose to sponsor ACT for Kids, providing financial donations as well entering into a partnership where we will provide pro-bono services and volunteer time for fundraising activities.  Lesley-Anne is also a member of the ACT for Kids board.
